Spitfire aircraft house sign or wall plaque

The much-loved Supermarine Spitfire fighter aircraft, celebrating its 90^th anniversary in 2026, can now appear at your front door, garden or shed on a house sign or wall plaque. The Spitfire house sign comes in three rectangular sizes: 20 x 15 cm; 24 x 18 cm; or 21 x 28 cm, or two round sizes: 20 cm or 25 cm diameter. If you'd like a smaller or larger version, please send us a message.

This beautiful house sign from Selene Signs is printed on white glossy HD aluminium for great colour reproduction, using dye sublimation. This means the image is absorbed into the surface instead of sitting on it and so won't flake or peel. The signs are weatherproof and come with a five-year guarantee. 

The lightweight aluminium makes the sign easy to put up, with no DIY skills needed. There are no ugly screw holes to spoil the design, and we recommend using hook and loop pads that will stay up through storms and all weathers (supplied for UK customers).  For indoor placement, we recommend using Command strips that will attach to a wall without damaging the surface.  At the end of its life, the house sign or plaque can be recycled alongside other household metal waste.

Delivery: all our house signs and wall plaques are made to order, so delivery will be within 5-7 working days in the UK, EU or USA; longer for other countries. As a small company, delivery times may be affected by our own holidays, but we will let you know in advance. Orders are usually dispatched by courier and we will give you estimated delivery dates and tracking details.

Care of your sign or plaque: our signs are only 1.5 millimetres thick, so rainwater runs off them and doesn't collect on the sealed surface or top. Cleaning usually only requires a quick rub down with a wet or dry soft cloth. But please don't use abrasive or chemical cleaners that may damage the surface.

Guarantee We guarantee your sign for five years, but if it is damaged on arrival please send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you. We cannot guarantee the life of the fixings, but we find they stick well for years.
